Cairns Engagement Photographer
An engagement shoot is without a doubt one of the greatest services any couple can take advantage of prior to their wedding.
Congratulations on your engagement!
As a couple who likely have never been photographed professionally before, the engagement session is a valuable tool every couple should insist upon. Besides being an opportunity to get some great photos of the two of you, an engagement session essentially lets you ‘practice’ for your big day. It can help put you at ease on your wedding day, knowing that you are going to get those relaxed, natural and beautiful photographs you wanted, and have already worked with your photographer to achieve.
You can have your engagement photos taken at a location that has some meaning to the two of you. You also might want to think about having your hair and makeup trial done the same day as your engagement session.
Once you see your engagement images and are excited about them, you will have more confidence in yourselves and in me. On your wedding day you will look forward to having your picture taken, instead of dreading the thought of having a camera pointed at you all day.
Of course, once you have your engagement images there are many things you can do with them. Engagement shoot photos are perfect for engagement notices or save-the-date cards, and can even follow all the way through to your wedding program on the day or a guest book.
I’m available most Mon-Thu for engagement shoots and find that 60-90 minutes is the perfect timeframe. I charge $750 for locations within 60 min of Cairns.
What will I receive after my family shoot?
2-4 weeks after your family shoot I’ll deliver 50-100 fully edited images via an online gallery. From there you’ll be able to download the highres files, order prints, wall art and albums.
What should we wear?
Wear something nice that you feel comfortable in. Dress for the weather and the location. Avoid super loud patterns and designs.
How far in advance should we book?
If you have some dates in mind, contact me and I’ll see what I can do!
